Southeast Bronx is made up of smaller neighborhoods like Concourse Village, Melrose, and Port Morris to name a few. Most of this New York City area is located along the Bronx River and is notably less over-populated than some of the other nearby neighborhoods. Like much of the Bronx, however, this neighborhood’s economy and the population are growing even faster than the rest of New York City, meaning there are always new and exciting developments in the works in this area of the popular NYC borough.
