We are excited to announce this year’s Injury Doctor Scholarship winner. This award, worth $1000, is given to a college student that is interested in pursuing a career in healthcare and exhibits both merit and financial need.
Sian will be attending the University of Southern California double majoring in Global Health Studies and Political Science. She plans to tackle inequalities in the American healthcare system. As the daughter of Thai and Filipino parents, she has spent the last couple of years elevating minority voices within her community and integrating authors of color into her school’s English curriculum with Diversify Granada.
